Thembani “Tim” Nkomo founded Teamsville Global in 2020 with a simple vision: to connect forward-thinking companies with educated, motivated talent from Africa—creating global opportunities while solving real business challenges.

Tim’s background includes:

• 10+ years in corporate strategy & finance

• Former M&A Deal Team member at Walgreen Co., contributing to the US$4.3B acquisition of 1,932 Rite Aid stores

• Founder of Timscorp, a diversified investment holdings company with interests in Southern Africa

• Member of Bank of America’s Advisory Panel and the Harvard Club of New York

• Honorary Consul of Côte d'Ivoire
